Naturopathic medicine is the art and science of disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention using natural therapies including: traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, manual techniques (spinal and joints manipulation, joint mobilization, muscle release, therapeutic massage), cupping, hydrotherapy, remedial excercises, physical agents, homeopathy, life style counselling, health promotion and disease prevention.
Naturopathic medicine blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine, treating the underlying causes of diseases as well as improving one’s health and wellness.
As a Naturopath I contemplate a whole-patient-centered approach to provide a comprehensive treatment or preventative care plan, which considers the individuality, condition and lifestyle of each patient.
I work collaboratively with other engaged specialists to offer an integrated treatment and holistic care to the patient. Supporting the improvement of mental, emotional and physical aspects of the wellbeing.
